Terms of Service

This is a draft, not a reviewed legal document. It describes HayaGo honestly as it works today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be relied on as your actual terms until someone qualified has checked it, especially the placeholders below (company name, jurisdiction, contact) and anything about liability, refunds, or account termination once those features exist.

1. Who this agreement is with

HayaGo is currently operated by [Your Company Legal Name], a [jurisdiction to be added] entity ("HayaGo," "we," "us"). By using the HayaGo website or app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does today

HayaGo lets you upload Go game records (SGF files) and review them: stepping through the board and (when the optional Analysis Helper is running) getting AI-assisted analysis via KataGo, plus a player evaluation built from the games you played. An account is required. Accounts are on the Free plan (one game upload per week), the Basic plan (ten per week) or the Pro plan (unlimited uploads).

Basic and Pro are subscriptions, paid monthly or yearly by card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal. They renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the Plans page; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. 3. Your content

Game records you upload remain yours. You're responsible for having the right to upload any game record you provide (for example, games you played yourself, or that are otherwise not restricted from being shared). We don't claim ownership over the games you upload or the analysis generated from them.

4. No warranty on AI analysis

Rank estimates, win-rate graphs, and move advice are generated by an AI engine (KataGo) and are offered for review and learning purposes only. They can be wrong. Don't treat them as a definitive judgment of your skill or of any specific move.

5. Changes to the Service and these Terms

HayaGo is under active development and may change, break, or be unavailable without notice while in this early stage. We'll update this page when these Terms change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
